It needs a full 300,000m2 where it is primarily cultivated acres, forest, but also a few streams, a lake and a few hills. This would not be allowed to be used as a timeshare cottage – this would be your home and an entire village we would share together. A vision to create a social, beautiful and sustainable society. Economy
In a spur of a moment, some could chip in. Otherwise everyone must chip in. The foundation owns the land and nature must be set free. Housing to the general public should be offered at 100 percent below the average for the holiday homes that is currently for sale in Copenhagen. To our freehold any person can become a citizen by paying the yearly fee for maintaining record. Members have free access to facilities and services.
A minimum fee for served food will be requested to cover expenses for all dining members. Community food fees can be omitted through protocols.
Government
